%X Scenario of agricultural production in the southeast region of the Cerrado biome, named municipalities of Cristalina-GO, Unai-MG, and Paracatu-MG, (where Paracatu river, Parnaíba river, and Urucuia river watersheds are located) demonstrates a growing process of irrigated agriculture through the technique of central pivot, much of this use occurs as a result of the high productivity indices and the highly favorable agriculture areas due to the morphological, climatic and soil conditions of the area. Given the need to obtain accurate and detailed results for the zoning of agricultural areas to measure the spatial expansion of production and the environmental impacts imposed on the biome, this work demonstrates the evolution of the use of center pivots by means of Landsat images from 1985 to 2013. Thus, GIS and remote sensing are important tools, due your completeness, and by means of which it is possible to explore satellite images both in the temporal and spectral aspects, allowing for the accurate quantification of agricultural areas. Given the established importance in relation to the irrigation system used and the area characterized, this highlights the evolution of the technique of central pivots for the region of the Cerrado biome, and therefore the impacts caused by the use of this technique, both in the soil and in the water, as well as in all of the natural environment.
